In order to exchange experience in the field of implementation of the "Kimberley Process Certification Scheme", on September 3, 2024, a bilateral meeting was held at the "Consumer Goods Expertise Center" LLC under the authority of the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service.
At the meeting, representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service and "Consumer Goods Expertise Center" LLC, "Azergold" CJSC, specialized in the field of diamond deposits development, processing and export of diamonds in the Russian Federation Representatives of "Alrosa" SC participated.
During the meeting, implementation of the "Kimberley Process Certification Scheme", state regulation and control of the circulation of unprocessed natural diamonds, digital solutions used, including electronic management and control systems, were discussed bilaterally, and prospective application possibilities were reviewed.
