In order to exchange experience and information in the field of determining the country of origin of the goods, on November 14-17, 2022, a delegation of the Consumer Goods Expertise Center under the State Service of Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited Minsk, Republic of Belarus.Taking into account that the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the competent authority in the field of origin expertise for determining the country of origin of goods in the Republic of Belarus, within the framework of the visit, the Center's employees visited the Chamber and held meetings with representatives of its structural units and regional offices. During the meetings, the general structure of the expert activity on determining the country of origin of the goods, the organizations that perform the current regulatory, control and executive functions in this field, the practical and theoretical aspects of the expert process, the digital systems operating in this field, the regulations governing their structure, working principle and activity, they exchanged mutual experience and information on the provided electronic (including proactive) services, the tariffs applied for the services provided on origin expertise, the basis of their formation and application, and other issues.
