Emil Ahmadov, director of the Consumer Goods Expertise Center (IMEM) and Huseyn Abdinov, deputy director, met on September 6-6 in order to exchange experience with "Turkish Scientific and Research Institute, Ulusal Metroloji Enstitüsü (TÜBITAK UME)" for the establishment of relevant laboratories under the Azerbaijan Metrology Institute (AZMI). They were on a business trip to Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.
During the meeting with the management team of TUBITAK within the framework of the visit, discussions were held regarding the laboratories of the same name planned to be established in our country, and an agreement was reached on the development of mutual cooperation. Also, an excursion to a number of laboratories under TUBITAK was organized for the visiting representatives.
